Mitochondrial dysfunction may be manifested by the following symptoms
- Epilepsy
- Hepatopathy
- Blindness/deafness
- Neuropathy
- Myopathy
- Cardiac arrhythmias
- Lactic acidosis
If a multisystemic mitochondriopathy is suspected, we offer a comprehensive panel. In some mitochondriopathies, analysis from the affected tissue may be useful.
